Crestline Advisors, LLC (Crestline) is a consulting company designed to support the needs of all types of health care organizations. As a multi-service health care consulting organization, we specialize in helping large and small public-sector organizations operate successfully and grow despite the constant operational, financial and political challenges they face.  

Position Description

Ownership of Crestline Advisors requires an experienced health care professional who can bring a wide range of experiences to Crestline. Additional experience as a Medicaid strategist, developing integrated health programs for managed care and provider organizations is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development – Selling consulting services to managed care and provider organizations and identify prospective candidates with the background and experience necessary to operate as independent consultants
  • Operational leadership – Represent the organization externally as necessary, including with financial institutions, funders, and auditors
  • Business advisement – Maintain the pulse on national Medicaid and provider services to provide consultation on strategic approaches to business development
  • Maintain lines of communication – Communicate regularly with consultants and clients to keep relevant parties informed of all critical issues
  • Financial integrity – Ensure the financial health of the organization by maintaining adequate cash reserves, maintain ADP consultant records, pay consultants timely, ensure end of year tax forms are provided to consultants; confer with organizational CPA for tax services and guidance
  • Compliance – Oversee compliance and quality assurance, ensure annual SOC 2 Type Requirements are met. Update requirements to reflect changes in SOC 2 Type 2 Standards
  • Consultant Agreements – Ensure qualifications and backgrounds of independent consultants, meet the needs of Crestline clients; assign consultants to projects 

 Qualifications

  • 15+ Years of experience in managed care and provider executive management
  • 2+ Years of experience with accounting systems and finance
  • 5+ Years as business ownership preferred, including sales and marketing
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government contracts
  • Facilitative and collaborative leadership style
  • Required- Professional degree in health-related field, license preferred
  • Required – Master’s degree in health related-field

Reports to

Self-managing / Each year, randomly select 3 independent contracts to provide a review of CEO performance based on key responsibilities

Supervision responsibilities 

Assignment of consultants, discuss issues with clients, remove consultants from projects when necessary

Travel

As necessary

Compensation & benefits

The salary for the owner is based on revenue and profits and is established in conjunction with Crestline CPA recommendations
